Landmark Education News Blog By Landmark Forum Graduates

Amanda Koster, the internationally acclaimed photographer and Landmark Forum graduate who has set up unique journalistic/artistic travel tours in the developing world, has put together her first ever tour of Vietnam.

Stacy Cabales created the art and music festival “Barongs of our Fathers” to honor and acknowledge Filipino fathers, to be held June 28th at the Foley Cultural Center in Vallejo, California. Created as her project in the Self-Expression and Leadership Program offered by Landmark Education, Cabales decided to have the event be fundraiser for The Bayanihan Clinic, a Sacramento clinic that provides culturally and linguistically sensitive primary care to the underserved Filipino population, particularly World War II Veterans and recent immigrants.

Alia Ramer of New Jersey Jewish News has written a personal column for the publication, which in commemoration of Father’s Day (this Sunday, June 21), tells of the appreciation Ramer has for her step-father. In the column, Ramer acknowledges the Landmark Forum as making a critical difference in her having a close relationship with him.

Chicago native Wendy Sternberg formed Genesis at the Crossroads (GATC) as part of her self-expression and leadership program back when she took the Landmark Education course back in 1999.

Recently David Cunningham appeared on CBS television in Tampa, Florida, as a communication expert discussing how to talk to kids about difficult money situations in today’s economy. David Cunningham leads the Landmark Forum for Landmark Education. The inteview can be seen below.

Hale enjoyed the puzzles, and while taking a personal development class with Landmark Education to work through his own personal challenges — he identified himself as a procrastinator — he was inspired to use the puzzle to reach out to senior citizens. Hale, who is 64, has been retired for six years but in his own words “wanted to do something more.”
